Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
Should you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of your services does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
Late Policy

I pride myself in keeping on time but I do understand that things happen that are beyond our control.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is a chance we won’t have time to execute all of your booked services.
There will be also be an additional Late Guest charge added to your final total.
