What To Expect
Pre-Visit
Before your first visit, take a few minutes to explore my services and FAQs so you can feel confident in what you’re booking. If you happen to book the wrong service, don’t worry. We’ll always begin with an in depth consultation where I can adjust your services as needed, walk through any pricing changes, and give you options before we begin. Once you’ve selected a service, go ahead and reserve your appointment.
You’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment details, along with a follow up message that includes helpful information like parking. I also recommend saving 3–4 inspiration photos that reflect your dream hair or overall goals so we can use them as a starting point to create something that feels personalized to you.

Now all that’s left is to look forward to your appointment.
The Experience
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a smile and a calm, welcoming environment. I run on time, and in the rare instance I even think I may be running behind, you’ll receive a heads up because I know how valuable your time is. I don’t double book, so my focus stays fully on you and your experience.

You’ll be offered your choice of coffee, sparkling water, Diet Coke, or even champagne if the day calls for it. We’ll begin with a thorough consultation, reviewing your inspiration photos, talking through your goals and lifestyle, and creating a custom plan for both today and the long term. We’ll also align on expectations, pricing, and care so everything feels clear and intentional before we begin. Before we get started, we’ll take a few quick before photos. I’ll guide you through that as well so it feels easy and natural.

I work in a very detail oriented, client focused way, which is why I choose to see one guest at a time. If you need to work during your appointment, I have a lap desk available and am always happy to offer a quiet, uninterrupted experience. If you’re in the mood to chat, we can catch up, talk hair, life, or whatever’s on your mind. Either way, your time in my chair is yours to use however you need. For longer appointments, I offer a lunch menu for easy ordering or have snacks on hand to keep you comfortable.

At the end of your appointment, we’ll have a little photo shoot to capture your final look. I know this can feel a little intimidating, but I’ll guide you through everything so you feel confident and look your best. You’re always welcome to opt out, no pressure at all. It’s also a great way to document your hair over time and really see the transformation from visit to visit, and of course I’ll send them to you so you have them for yourself.

My priority is that you leave feeling completely confident and genuinely obsessed with your hair.
After the Chair
Before you leave, we’ll create a custom hair care routine based on what you’re currently using, what’s working, and anything that may be missing or holding your hair back. I can make personalized recommendations to keep your hair looking and feeling its best between visits.

We’ll also talk through your ideal maintenance schedule based on your service. For most highlight clients, this often means alternating between Mini, Partial, and Full appointments to keep everything looking fresh without overdoing it. Together, we’ll map out a plan that makes sense for your hair and your lifestyle.

To make things easy, we’ll pre book your next visit so you can secure a time that works best for you. And if your schedule changes, you can always adjust through the online booking system. I’m always available if you have questions or need guidance between appointments, whether through email or social media.
