Where are you located?

I’m located Salon Twenty Three at 127 South Northwest Highway in Park Ridge, Illinois 60068, serving guests throughout the Chicagoland area.
Do you have parking?

Yes. There is street parking available out front, as well as a large parking lot behind the building between North Washington Avenue and Touhy Avenue. Please allow yourself a little extra time to park, especially for afternoon appointments.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
​
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment so I can offer that time to another guest. You can adjust your appointment through the online booking system, by contacting the salon directly, or e-mail.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

To maintain a calm, focused environment and give each guest my full attention, appointments are reserved for you only. This includes children, friends, or additional guests.
What if I’m running late?

If you’re running behind, please let me know as soon as possible via text at (847) 920-7844. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but depending on timing, we may need to adjust your service to stay on schedule for the rest of the day.
Can I work or eat during my appointment?

Absolutely. Many of my guests choose to work during their appointment, and I’m happy to provide a lap desk for your comfort. For longer visits, you’re welcome to order food or bring something with you so you can stay comfortable throughout your service.
